   Due to the current complicated external situation, some structural problems are still prominent. As a result, the Fastener Branch of China Machinery General Components Industry Association and the Jiangsu Fastener Industry Association jointly established a research team who visited our company - Changshu ZCCF Tungsten Carbide Science&Technology Co., Ltd. on August 25, 2023.

  First of all, our company leaders led the guests to visit our company's production workshop. During the visit, all the guests spoke highly of our rigorous production process and product quality. In the process of communicating with the leaders, our company's production management, safety operation process and management experience were highly recognized. These achievements cannot be separated from the wise decision-making of the company's chairman Liu Chengfan and also cannot be separated from unremitting efforts of all colleagues.    

     Later, in the meeting room, Chairman Liu Chengfan introduced the development situation of our company to the guests.

     Our company focuses on cold heading dies, warm heading dies, hot heading dies, powder metallurgy dies, precision forging dies, extrusion dies, stamping dies, drawing dies, pipe drawing dies and other tungsten cabide die materials used in various mold industries. It also engages in the research, production and marketing of special-shaped tungsten carbide products and various tungsten carbide dies. Our company has gathered an excellent technical team that has been engaged in the cemented carbide industry for many years, and has introduced the most advanced production equipment and testing and analysis instruments at home and abroad. Through scientific and technological innovation, optimizing product performance , and with high stability and high cost-effective, it has become a strong competitor in the field of cemented carbide die materials at home and abroad.    

    At this meeting, we listened carefully to the valuable suggestions from the leaders and expressed our and their opinions in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The visit and guidance of the leaders this time  not only represents their recognition of the development direction of our company, but also gives us encouragement and motivation to continue to move forward. In the future, we will continue to improve the production process, promote development with innovation, and strive to become the benchmark in the tungsten carbide die industry.
