At the symposium, Liu Chengfan, the chairman of Taicang ZCCF Tungsten Carbide Science&Technology Co., Ltd., and other 11 Hunan businessmen made speeches, introduced the development of their companies, and promoted the prosperity of talents in Hunan and put forward opinions and suggestions on innovation platforms and building a strong industrial chain in Hunan.

Hello everyone!

It is a great honor to attend this symposium as a representative of entrepreneurs from Hunan. I am Liu Chengfan, from Lianyuan, Hunan, and I am currently the chairman of Taicang ZCCF Tungsten Carbide Science&Technology Co., Ltd. and Changshu ZCCF Tungsten Carbide Science&Technology Co., Ltd. Today, I am honored and inspired in my heart to be able to listen to the instructions of Secretary Shen and all the leaders face-to-face, to seek development with you--every industry elite.

Next, I will briefly introduce the basic situation of ZCCF Tungsten Carbide Science&Technology Co., Ltd. Taicang ZCCF Tungsten Carbide Science&Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2010. After 7 years of steady and rapid development, I decided to invest a new factory building covering an area of 20,000 square meters in Changshu, Jiangsu in 2017, which is Changshu ZCCF Tungsten Carbide Science&Technology Co., Ltd. Our company focuses on the R&D, production and marketing of tungsten carbide mold materials used in various mold industries and various special-shaped tungsten carbide products. As the teeth of industry, tungsten carbide materials are widely used in aerospace, automobile, national defense construction, engineering and mining machinery, electronics and other industrial fields. Therefore, we continue to explore and innovate in this field, and established with the Powder Research Institute of Central South University. During this period, we obtained one invention patent and 33 utility model patents, and won the title of "High-tech Enterprise".

With the continuous development of the company's business, the number of customers in Hunan, Guangdong, Chongqing and other regions has increased. In order to provide more convenient services to customers in the whole China, from a long-term strategic perspective, the site selection in Central Region is imminent. I am a native of Lianyuan, Hunan, although I have struggled in a foreign land for so many years, the strong hometown feelings in my heart have been urging me to bring the most core, most important and most beautiful things back to my hometown and contribute to my hometown. In recent years, Hunan's economy has developed rapidly, the business environment is getting better and better, and the industrial carrying capacity is getting stronger and stronger. These things  fully demonstrates the responsibility of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, and builds an excellent investment platform for Hunan businessmen to return to Hunan. We see it in our eyes and we are happy in our heart. Therefore, during the epidemic in April 2022, Wen Hui, the Secretary of the Loudi Municipal Party Committee, Chaoqun Mayor of the Municipal Government and other leaders overcame the difficulties, negotiated with me in person through online cloud investment promotion and reached a signing of the Hunan project. At present, the Hunan project has started. Here, on behalf of ZCCF Tungsten Carbide, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government and relevant departments for their strong support!

Combined with the construction of the "Material Valley" in the central area of Loudi, I will contribute to Hunan's creation of a national advanced manufacturing highland. Secretary Shen and fellow leaders, the journey of the new era calls for enterprises to undertake new missions and higher responsibilities. The momentum of high-quality development is unstoppable. In this regard, I have three immature suggestions, and I sincerely hope that all leaders will criticize and correct me.

First, develop the industrial chain and improve core competitiveness

The production industry comes from the refinement of the manufacturing industry and service outsourcing, and the building of a relatively complete industrial chain, mainly in industrial parks or industrial clusters, can reduce production costs and improve efficiency, and accelerate the development of the production industry.

Second, build a professional talent team for the production industry

Human capital is the foundation of industrial development, which directly determines the level of labor productivity of enterprises and the size of industrial development. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the reserve of professional talents in the production industry, and establish corresponding talent reserve plans and incentive management mechanisms to solve the shortcomings of the development of the production industry. 

Third, focus on strengthening digital empowerment to achieve high-quality development

We need actively follow the trend of the digital revolution, and stand bravely in the tide of innovation and development of the new generation of information technology and digital transformation of the economy and society. Strengthen the  R&D design, production and manufacturing, operation management, market service and other links, run out of the acceleration on the "digital economy" track, and engrave the digital mark in the whole process of high-quality development.
